Lindemann Healthcare is a family run business which was established in 1995 and has over 25 years experience caring for older people in Edinburgh. Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook meals for residents according to dietary requirements.
2. Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
3. Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are met.
4. Collaborate with care staff to meet the nutritional needs of residents.
5. Assist in menu planning and inventory management.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in a similar role, preferably in a care home setting.
2. Knowledge of food safety regulations and dietary needs.
3. Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
