Job summary

The Cook at South Dakota School for the Blind and Visually Impaired prepares meals and snacks for students and staff, following established menus and recipes. You will accommodate special dietary needs while maintaining a clean, sanitary kitchen and dining area.

You will report to the business manager, provide meals to residential students, and contribute to a positive daily experience for learners in a supportive school setting.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous cooking or food service experience preferred.
