Our partner offers an open-source platform that automates network, cloud, and security infrastructures, reducing the complexity of traditional technical tools. Backed by €7 million in funding from top-tier VCs and supported by an experienced 20-person team, they've already found their product-market fit, reached €1 million in ARR, and are preparing for their next fundraising round.

They’re now looking for a late co-founder to join the adventure, someone who could come from an Engineering, Operations, or GTM background. They are open to diverse profiles that complement the founding team’s strengths in tech, product, and vision.

Depending on your profile

  • If you're more of a CTO → Own the scalability, quality, and performance of the product through a robust tech strategy.
  • If you're more of a COO → Drive operations, manage VC relationships and fundraising, and ensure the company’s efficiency, profitability, and daily growth.
  • If you're more GTM-focused → Align sales and marketing to generate demand, convert leads, and optimize the sales cycle.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience.

  • Early-stage experience, from zero to one (MVP, PMF, first clients), ideally with UK/US markets — highly entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proven track record in cloud, security, or networking, ideally with an open-source and PLG (Product-Led Growth) background.
  • Comfortable with and strongly committed to working fully remote, with the goal of building an international company.
  • Attractive package: €100k to €150k + significant equity. Salary increase planned post-fundraising.
  • Join as a late co-founder and contribute to the growth of a high-potential early-stage startup.
  • Fully remote, open to candidates based in Europe or on the US East Coast.
