Miller Grace is currently working with a highly regarded regional practice and is seeking a conveyancing support paralegal for their Nuneaton office.
The successful candidate will assist with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions from inception to completion.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing quotations, updating clients, and preparing documentation such as contracts and transfer documents.
- Maintaining case files in line with Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) standards, submitting Land Registry applications, handling exchanges, and ensuring smooth completion processes.
- Having 12 months of previous experience within residential conveyancing as a support paralegal.
