Job summary

QED Legal Recruitment Limited is working with a well-established firm seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join their growing team in the United Kingdom. You will manage a varied caseload across residential and commercial property, from instruction to completion, drafting and negotiating contracts, and liaising with clients and third parties.

You will support the Head of Branch on conveyancing matters, keep files compliant and well-managed, and contribute to a busy but well-structured

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in conveyancing
• Experience across residential and commercial property (ideal)
• Confident managing your own caseload independently
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Organised, proactive and able to work at pace
• Comfortable using case management systems
• A practical, problem-solving approach

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload from instruction through to completion in residential and commercial property
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and documentation
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other third parties
• Support the Head of Branch on conveyancing matters
• Spot issues quickly to keep transactions moving
• Keep files accurate, compliant and well-managed throughout
