Conveyancer - The Role:

• Manage a high-quality caseload of residential property matters.
• Support the Property Partner within the team on various conveyancing transactions.
• Handle all areas of residential conveyancing, focusing on delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth private clients.
• Participate in a range of property transactions, including:
• Residential sales and purchases
• Freehold and leasehold transactions
• Remortgages
• New-build property acquisitions
• Shared ownership schemes

Conveyancer - Relevant Skills and Experience:

• Solid experience in residential conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills to manage a busy caseload efficiently.
• Commitment to delivering excellent client care and legal service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective administrative and file management skills, including WIP and disbursement tracking.
