Guden Solicitors Limited seeks an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor with approximately three years’ PQE to manage a varied caseload of residential and light commercial property matters.

You will work closely with partners and staff to provide clear, commercially focused legal advice and ensure transactions progress efficiently while delivering a consistently high standard of service.

Qualificações

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with approximately three years PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Able to manage a caseload independently and progress transactions efficiently.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Professional, organised, commercially aware and committed to delivering excellent client service.

Responsabilidades

• Manage conveyancing transactions from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion.
• Handle pre-contract enquiries, property searches, exchange of contracts, completion and registration formalities.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, transfers, leases, mortgage documentation and related property agreements.
• Identify and resolve legal, procedural and practical issues proactively.
• Liaise with lenders, surveyors, estate agents, managing agents, local authorities and other solicitors.
• Maintain accurate, compliant and up-to-date case files, billing records and time entries.
• Meet agreed service standards, deadlines, billing expectations and productivity targets.
• Ensure all matters are handled in accordance with regulatory requirements, internal procedures and professional standards.
