A long-established traditional firm in Monmouthshire is seeking an ambitious Conveyancer to serve their local clients. All levels of PQE and experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will have experience managing their own files involving sales, purchases, and re-mortgages, with excellent technical knowledge and strong communication skills. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and enhance your long-term career prospects with a growing firm.

What you'll be doing
  1. Managing files from inception to completion, liaising with all interested parties, and ensuring adherence to policies and deadlines.
  2. Handling a full caseload of conveyancing matters with minimal supervision, utilizing a case management system.
  3. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  4. Meeting targets and deadlines consistently.
  5. Performing any other duties as reasonably required.
The experience you'll bring to the team
  1. Experience in a fast-paced conveyancing environment managing a high-volume caseload of purchase and sale transactions.
  2. Excellent client care and communication skills, delivering first-class service and achieving client satisfaction.
  3. Accurate keyboard skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  4. Ability to adapt to changing requirements and deadlines, prioritizing workload effectively under pressure.
  5. Versatility and flexibility to work independently and as part of a team.
