Yolk Recruitment is partnering with a law firm opening a brand-new office in Penarth to recruit a Conveyancing Solicitor for a residential conveyancing focus. You will manage your own caseload, handle sales and remortgages, and contribute to building the new office.

The role offers a salary of £30,000 to £50,000, depending on experience, and the opportunity to establish a presence in South Wales’ desirable location.

Qualifications

• A qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong communication skills with clients and stakeholders.
• Able to manage a caseload independently and progress transactions to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
• Handle sales, purchases, freehold/leasehold, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Build relationships with clients, estate agents and professionals.
• Provide clear, practical advice and deliver excellent client experience.
• Contribute to establishing and growing the brand-new Penarth office.
