• Examine title deeds and report to clients and lenders on any issues.
• Draft legal documents relevant to residential conveyancing matters.
• Oversee conveyancing paralegals and property staff within the branch.
• Mentor trainee solicitors and junior members of the team.

This role offers exposure to high‑quality residential property work, including sale and purchase transactions, remortgages, transfers of title, and associated private client matters such as wills, powers of attorney, and discharges of standard security.

You will work closely with clients throughout the conveyancing process, managing your own caseload while supporting the day‑to‑day running of the branch. This position is ideal for candidates looking to build significant experience within a busy practice and contribute to maintaining a strong reputation within the local community.

Key Responsibilities
