RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR, 3 YEARS’ + PQE, £45,000- £70,000 DOE, KENT

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join an expanding conveyancing team.

JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
PQE: 3 years +
LOCATION: Kent
SALARY: £45,000- £70,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
You will be responsible for a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, leases, and transfer of equity; as well as some commercial property matters including acquisitions and sales of businesses, refinancing and utilities agreements.

The appointed candidate will manage their own caseloads with minimal supervision, liaise with clients, and engage in business development.

THE CANDIDATE:
The firm is looking to grow the team and candidates with 3 years’ PQE through to circa 10 years’ PQE will be considered.

You will be organised, work efficiently and independently, and have experience of managing a high volume of work.

The role will suit applicants who are confident, can use their initiative and thrive in a busy work environment.
