Our client, a well-established law firm, is looking to expand their team with a confident and experienced Conveyancer. We are working on behalf to find the right individual who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

The Role:

As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including:

  • Handling sales, purchases, leaseholds, freeholds, and new build transactions
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors
  • Conducting title checks, raising and responding to enquiries, and drafting contracts
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
