Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – 3+ years PQE welcomed; a well-established law firm in Portadown seeks to strengthen its dedicated team.

The Role

• Managing a caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion.
• Advising clients on all aspects of conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transactions.
• Maintaining high standards of client care and service.

The Candidate

• Qualified solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing (3 years PQE+).
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload.
