Your Role

As aResidential Conveyancer, you will:

• Handle abroad range of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Work closely with in-house teams foronboarding, post-completion and business support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other property professionals

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
• Ideally at leastthree years’ experiencein residential conveyancing
• Strong knowledge ofproperty transactions, title reviews and leasehold matters
• Candidates based inPlymouth or with strong local connectionsare preferred
• Any experience inagricultural or investment property transactionsis a plus
