Job summary

BCL Legal is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or fee earner to join the team in Nottingham. You will handle a caseload predominantly comprising New Build matters, including high value city centre flats, while building and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires extensive New Build experience, 4+ years' experience in high net worth residential conveyancing, and the ability to prioritise a busy conveyancing caseload and meet deadlines.

THE FIRM

International property specialist firm providing a high quality service to clients including banks, high net worth individuals, investors and landlords

THE ROLE

Due to expansion in the North the firm are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or fee earner to join the team who will handle a caseload to include:

• Predominantly New Build matters including high value city centre flats
• Building and maintaining effective client relationships

REQUIREMENTS

• Solid academic record
• Extensive New Build experience
• Experienced Solicitor or fee earner ideally with 4+ years' experience in high net worth residential conveyancing
• Business development experience
• The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate an ability to prioritise a busy conveyancing caseload and meet deadlines
• Have good communication skills and be a strong team player
• Possess extensive IT abilities
