About the Role:

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Fee Earner to join its busy conveyancing team. This is an office-based role best suited to someone who can manage a full caseload independently and is confident working in a dynamic and growing legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
• Handle all aspects of freehold and leasehold transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Demonstrate strong fee-earning capabilities and meet billing targets
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to team success as new work continues to flow in
• Maintain high standards of client care and professional service

Your Profile:

• Minimum 3–4 years’ solid experience as a conveyancing fee earner
• Proven ability to independently manage a varied residential caseload
• Qualified solicitors will also be considered
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, office-based environment
