Job Title: Residential Conveyancer
Location: Northwest London
Salary: £45k - £55k, dependant on experience
Experience required: 3 years + PQE

Job Description: They are seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of residential conveyancing from instruction to completion.
- Manage a caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Draft and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
- Conduct title checks and searches, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property-related matters.
- Maintain and update case management systems and client records.
- Ensure adherence to anti-money laundering regulations and other compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing (Some Commercial knowledge would be useful).
- Thorough knowledge of freehold and leasehold conveyancing processes.
- Excellent client care, time management, and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using case management software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Desirable:
- Experience with new builds and shared ownership schemes.
- Familiarity with Help to Buy mortgages and ISAs.
- Business development skills and a network of professional contacts.
