Job description

Service Care Solutions is seeking a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing to join a leading Scottish law firm and support their expanding team in Glasgow.

You will play a key role in establishing and developing their conveyancing team at this new location, managing your own caseload with autonomy and collaborating closely with colleagues across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of residential purchase, sale, and remortgage transactions from start to finish
• Advise clients on all aspects of residential property law and process
• Draft and negotiate contracts, missives, and other legal documents
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders, and third parties throughout transactions

What We’re Looking For

• A qualified solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in Scottish Residential Conveyancing
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to handle a caseload independently
• A proactive, collaborative approach
• Based in or willing to commute to Glasgow

Salary: £39,000 – £60,000 (dependent on experience)
