Residential Property Solicitor
  • Job Type: Full-time (Part-time considered)
  • Location: Herefordshire
  • Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

We are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Conveyancing Fee-earner to join our clients team in Herefordshire. This role offers the exciting opportunity to become a key member in the firm, handling a mixed caseload and to continue their strong local connections.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage a diverse caseload including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, title checking, transfers of equity, smaller new build developments, and shared ownership properties.
  • Ensure all case files are accurately opened and maintained, with support available.
  • Provide expert legal advice and services to clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Grow to lead the conveyancing activities in the office, helping drive growth and the firm’s presence in the local community.
  • Network with local residents and estate agents to promote the firm and build a strong professional network.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Conveyancer with experience in residential property law.
  • Proven ability to handle a mixed caseload of property transactions independently.
  • Strong networking and business development skills, with the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of providing clear and effective legal advice.
