LEGAL TALENT PARTNERS LIMITED in Derby is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to manage a defined caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion. You will act as a key contact for clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties, delivering high-quality client care and compliant files.

The role requires strong residential conveyancing experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative, supportive firm

About the Role

You'll manage a defined caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, acting as a key point of contact for clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties.

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
• Providing clear, practical advice and excellent client care
• Managing deadlines, workload and your caseload pipeline
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
• Maintaining accurate and compliant filesUsing case management systems and digital tools effectively
• Working closely with and supervising any assistant allocated to you
• Identifying and escalating risk, complaints and compliance issues
• Contributing to business development and team initiatives

About You

We're looking for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor with:

• Strong residential conveyancing experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to manage a caseload independently
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent IT and case management system experience
• A confident, professional and client-focused approach
• The ability to deal effectively with complex transactions and challenging clients

Licensed Conveyancer/CLC qualification or equivalent recognised qualification required.
