We're looking for an experienced and highly organised Legal Secretary to become an integral part of our legal team. In this role, you'll provide essential support to our Solicitors and clients-helping manage case files, draft legal documents, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service and results for our clients and the firm.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Providing comprehensive office support including filing, scanning, photocopying, and document management

  • Assisting solicitors with active cases and client matters

  • Transcribing digital dictation

  • Answering and directing telephone calls professionally

  • Drafting invoices and managing billing documentation

  • Creating and maintaining client case files

  • Conducting legal research as needed

  • Preparing and issuing quotations


Qualifications & Experience:



  • Prior experience as a Legal Secretary is desirable, though not essential if you can demonstrate strong administrative and organisational skills within a similar environment.
