At KFH we are looking for a conveyancing sales consultant to join our Conveyancing sales team in Wimbledon.

Are you an experienced sales or lettings negotiator that wants their Saturdays back? Are you target driven? Do you have experience in forming and developing great relationships with customers and colleagues? We’re looking for an individual that can collaborate with others, share their knowledge and skills. You will report into our Conveyancing Manager.

Responsibilities of a Conveyancing Sales Consultant include:
  1. Ensure all referrals are contacted in a timely manner, qualified, whilst giving details of the conveyancing process and converting as many leads as possible.
  2. Prepare and send out quotations.
  3. Communicate and build strong relationships with the KFH network, solicitors, and conveyancers.
  4. Problem solve any client issues including matters impeding the progress of a sale.
  5. Updating department systems where necessary.

At KFH our Londonwide Conveyancing department provides property solicitors from over 20 London law firms to clients referred to us by the sales branches. We are looking for a conveyancing sales consultant with a proven track record in attention to detail and outstanding communication, someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service to all of our clients whilst achieving the right results.

We also have regular involvement with our chosen London-based charity, London Youth. Activities vary from cake sales to Tough Mudder to marathons and we encourage our employees to participate.
