Key Responsibilities:

• Take charge of a full residential conveyancing caseload, covering freehold andleasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Prepare and review contracts, title documents, and property searches with precision. Cultivate strong, professional relationships with clients, estate agents, brokers, andfellow solicitors. Ensure adherence to regulatory and risk management protocols. Provide an outstanding client experience with consistent, clear, and timelycommunication.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer. Proven experience in residential property law (absolutely essential). Confident capability to manage a caseload independently and effectively. Exceptional administrative, organizational, and communication skills. Familiarity with conveyancing case management systems. A proactive, team-oriented mindset infused with positivity.
