Responsibilities
  • Manage a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
  • Handle sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity.
  • Advising clients on private client matters including Wills, probate and estate planning.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and a proactive approach.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and firm policies.
Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor, preferably with 2+ years PQE.
  • Proven experience of managing files independently.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
