Conveyancing Paralegals - Residential

Are you an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? Do you thrive in a dynamic, forward-thinking property law environment? If so, we want to hear from you!

Our client is seeking motivated Conveyancing Paralegals to join their teams in Newcastle offices. You will play a vital role in supporting clients through their home buying and selling journey while collaborating with Conveyancers to create a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full assistance and support to Conveyancers on all transactional matters.
  • Liaise with clients and third parties to ensure smooth communication.
  • Maintain our case management system and progress key milestones.
  • Issue sale contract packs and prepare sale reports.
  • Obtain redemption statements and draught completion statements and invoices.
  • Undertake relevant searches and prepare transfer deeds, SDLT, and tenancy declarations.
  • Compile completion packs and manage calls to clients and third parties.
  • Handle Conveyancer calls and visitors when they are unavailable.
  • Perform any other administrative duties to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the transaction.
