GWCA Solicitors in Rustington is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team. You will manage client files, liaise with clients, agents, lenders and solicitors, and assist with both sale and purchase transactions under supervision.

This in-person, full-time role involves handling AML checks, drafting and reviewing documents, coordinating exchanges and completions, and ensuring timely updates to clients throughout the conveyancing process.

• Client File Management: Open and maintain conveyancing files; Obtain identification documents and complete AML checks; Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors; Keep clients updated on transaction progress.
