Job summary

GWCA Solicitors are inviting applications for a Conveyancing Paralegal based at our Worthing head office. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years' experience in conveyancing to handle client files from inception to completion.

You will manage client communications, prepare contract packs, order and review searches, liaise with solicitors and lenders, and assist with post-completion tasks. This role offers stable progression within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Conveyancing as a Paralegal.
• Experience in client file management, AML checks, and liaising with clients, agents, lenders and solicitors.
• Ability to prepare contracts, searches and post-completion tasks.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain conveyancing files.
• Obtain identification documents and complete AML checks.
• Liaise with clients, agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors; keep clients updated.
