Talentwise Solutions Legal Recruitment Ltd in Coventry is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to manage leasehold purchase files under supervision. You will develop your conveyancing ability and handle clients, agents and lenders while building your caseload.

This full-time, office-based role offers a supportive team, 20 days leave, a performance bonus scheme and free on-site parking. The firm values progression and provides ongoing training and qualifications support.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with experienced members of the conveyancing department
• Develop your own conveyancing ability, managing a caseload of leasehold purchases
• Work at your own pace to become increasingly independent
• Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, solicitors, lenders and other parties
• Review title documentation and property searches
• Raise and respond to conveyancing enquiries
• Prepare matters for exchange and completion
• Prepare correspondence, reports and relevant conveyancing documentation
• Ensuring clients are kept regularly updated throughout their transactions
• Taking on increasing responsibility as your knowledge and confidence grows, whilst always having appropriate supervision available

Residential Conveyancing Paralegal - Leasehold Purchases

Location: Coventry, with free onsite parking

Salary: £27,500 to £32,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications

Bonus Scheme: The firm operate a performance-related bonus scheme, with top billers earning up to £3k per month.

About the Conveyancing Team

There are around 15 people in the conveyancing team, handling a high volume and wide variety of residential property matters. The firm maintain a supportive working environment where members of the team are encouraged to ask questions, learn from more experienced colleagues and develop their own careers, rather than being restricted to one part of the conveyancing process.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working closely with experienced members of the conveyancing department
• Developing your own conveyancing ability, managing a caseload of leasehold purchases
• Working at your own pace to become increasingly independent

• Reviewing title documentation and property searches
• Raising and responding to conveyancing enquiries

• A good grounding in residential conveyancing with 12+ months' experience of working with leasehold purchases
