We are seeking a Paralegal with at least 6 months of conveyancing experience, though unqualified Paralegals, Cilex, or newly qualified solicitors will also be considered. The firm has over 10 offices nationally, emphasizing customer focus and clear legal advice.

The Role

We are looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join a property specialist in the Cotswolds, focusing on residential conveyancing, developing client relationships, and growing within our commercial team.

Responsibilities include:

• Drafting and chasing contracts
• Reporting on searches, mortgage contracts, and title packs
• Responding to queries with clients’ solicitors
• Handling sales and purchases of residential property
• Administrative duties
• Property and lender searches
• Providing quotations
• Liaising with clients
• Using case management systems
• Other duties as required
• Exchange and completion activities
