This dynamic law firm is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their growing team in their Eastbourne office. The ideal candidate will need the following skills:

1. Experience working within a conveyancing team dealing with all aspects of the conveyancing process.
2. Law graduate useful but not essential.
3. Ambitious & motivated to achieve personal and professional goals.
4. Able to work as part of a team and independently.
5. Experience in dealing with freehold and leasehold properties, including sales, purchases, and remortgages from opening files to post-completion.
6. Willingness to learn and progress.
