MFK Recruitment is working closely with a well-respected law firm looking for a driven, self-sufficient and experienced Paralegal to join their Conveyancing Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to further their career with a firm that invests heavily in their staff.
Support fee earner throughout all stages of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, equity transfers, and remortgaging.
Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, title deeds, and completion statements.
Carrying out property searches, such as those with the Land Registry and local authorities.
Communicating with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other parties to ensure transactions progress smoothly.
Organizing and maintaining case files using the firm’s case management system.
A minimum of 18 months experience in Residential Conveyancing is required.
In-depth knowledge of the conveyancing process and related legal documents.
Outstanding communication and organizational skills, with a focus on client service.
Skilled in legal research and proficient in using case management software.
Please note that this role is fully on site until completion of probationary period, at which point you will be able to work from home up to twice a week.
