Kirkland Associates are recruiting for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal on behalf of a leading firm based in Burton or Derby. This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to build on their existing experience and work with a firm that concentrates on progression and long-term careers. You can be based out of their Burton office or in between the Derby and Burton offices.

Conveyancing Paralegal Key Accountabilities:

• Dealing with clients in a professional manner either on the telephone or face to face.
• Providing quotations to clients
• Producing property reports
• Raising enquiries
• Dealing with files from start to finish.
• Completing registrations.
• Manage and prioritise case load
• Drafting completion statements
• Supporting other team members

Conveyancing Paralegal Skills/Experience:

• 6 months experience within conveyancing department
• High energy, self-motivated individuals with a positive, entrepreneurial spirit
• Tenacity and creative approach to achieving goals
• Well-presented and professional.
