We’re working with a well-established, highly regarded law firm in Liverpool that is looking to expand its Residential Conveyancing team with the addition of an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal. The Role:

You’ll support fee earners on a varied residential property caseload from instruction to post-completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience. The role is ideal for someone who has gained solid experience within a conveyancing team and is ready to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with a range of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• Handling pre- and post-completion matters including dealing with Land Registry and SDLT submissions
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Managing client communications and updates
• Liaising with estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
• Conducting searches and reviewing title documents
• File management and ensuring compliance with regulatory procedures

About You:

• Minimum 12 months’ experience working in a residential conveyancing team
• Confident in handling a busy caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Client-focused with a professional and proactive approach
• Able to manage deadlines and prioritise effectively
