Job description

Service Care Solutions are looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join a reputable leading law firm, ideally based in Glasgow (but they are open to Edinburgh for the right candidate).

You’ll need to have experience handling full purchase and sale transactions from start to finish. They have flexibility on years of experience — what matters most is your ability to run files confidently and independently.

This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility while still being connected to a collaborative and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions, including both purchases and sales
  2. Draft and review legal documents such as missives, dispositions, and standard securities
  3. Carry out all relevant title checks, property searches, and due diligence
  4. Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties to progress transactions smoothly
Key Requirements:
  1. Proven experience managing residential conveyancing transactions
  2. Ability to work with minimal supervision
  3. Scottish conveyancing experience essential - (LLB or LLM in Scots Law)
