Paralegal – Residential & Commercial Property

Location: Felixstowe | Full-Time | Permanent

Salary: £25k+ (dependent on experience)

A dynamic and fast-growing property team is seeking an ambitious and driven Paralegal to join their expanding department. With a strong presence across multiple offices, the team handles all aspects of transactional property matters, both residential and commercial. Due to ongoing growth and future plans, additional support is now required.

The Role

The successful candidate will contribute to a broad range of work within the Residential and Commercial Property team, supporting fee earners while also handling their own matters where appropriate. Responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting fee earners with property transactions
2. Running files under supervision
3. Providing high-quality client service and managing expectations
4. Ensuring deadlines are met and documentation is of a consistently high standard

About You

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Residential and/or Commercial Property, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. A proactive and client-focused approach is essential.
