The Role:

Support the Seamless Progress of Property Transactions
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient property transactions. From managing client communications to preparing files for completion, your contributions will directly impact the client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and face-to-face communications.
  • Professional Liaison: Provide updates to solicitors, estate agents, and other transaction stakeholders.
  • Due Diligence: Conduct thorough solicitor and client due diligence processes.
  • Documentation Management: Request, organise, and oversee transaction documents.
  • Case Management: Efficiently utilise the firm's case management system to track and complete tasks.
  • Drafting: Prepare sale contracts, re-mortgage documentation, and responses to enquiries.
  • Title Checks: Review property titles for sales transactions.
  • Lender Communication: Coordinate with lenders on sales and purchases, including requesting redemption statements.
  • Completion Preparation: Draft completion statements, prepare bills, and ensure files are fully prepared for completion.
  • Compliance: Manage source of funds requests and adhere to all regulatory standards.
