Qualifications

• Professional legal qualification with substantial post-qualification experience in conveyancing and property.
• Strong knowledge of Northern Ireland conveyancing law, practice and procedure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Practical understanding of issues facing the conveyancing profession.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on conveyancing and non-contentious matters.
• Keep up to date with developments in legislation, policy and best practice.
• Work closely with committees, members and external stakeholders.
• Prepare written submissions, consultation responses and practice guidance.
• Contribute to conferences, events and initiatives supporting the profession.
• Analyse complex legal issues and provide clear, practical advice.
