Job summary

NRG Resourcing is recruiting a Conveyancing Manager for a brand-new Bristol office. You will handle a personal caseload of 10-30 complex residential cases while leading a team of six, including two lawyers, two paralegals and two legal assistants.

There is potential to progress toward firm directorship in the short to medium term, with a clear path built into an early-stage setup and a supportive, hands-on culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Ambitious and motivated to train and develop junior staff.
• Capable of balancing a personal caseload with people management responsibilities.
• Collaborative, hands-on approach to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal caseload of 10-30 complex residential conveyancing cases.
• Oversee and manage a team of six (two lawyers, two paralegals, two assistants).
• Sign off work and provide hands-on technical training for junior staff.
• Support the day-to-day running of the Bristol office.
• Help grow the team and processes as the office expands.
