Job Description

The Conveyancing Manager will be:

  • Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of 15-20 conveyancers
  • Monitoring team caseloads, KPIs, and quality standards
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Optimising processes to enhance client service and efficiency
  • Managing team recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews
  • Collaborating with senior leadership on strategy and resource planning
  • Escalating and resolving client or transaction issues
  • Fostering a positive, engaged team culture

The Successful Applicant

The Conveyancing Manager should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with at least 5 PQE in residential conveyancing
  • An experienced leader with proven team‑management ability
  • Confident with KPI‑driven management and reporting
  • Skilled in process improvement and service delivery
  • Commercially aware, regulatory‑savvy, and quality‑focused
  • A strong communicator and client‑service advocate
