Honeycomb is thrilled to be partnering with a well-established legal firm in the search for an experienced legal secretary to join their busy Newtownards office.

The Job
We are currently seeking an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join a dynamic and well-established law firm. Duties will include preparing legal documents, managing client correspondence, handling Land Registry and SDLT submissions, and supporting the team with file management from instruction to post-completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual with strong communication skills and a solid background in conveyancing.
Your Package/Benefits:
  • Salary range - £25,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • 33 days including STAT
  • Private medical

  • Hours 9.00am-5.00pm Pension
The Person
  • Previous experience in Conveyancing (Essential)
  • Skilled at audio dictation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to take instructions and participate in any required ad-hoc projects
  • Excellent time-management and organisational skills
  • Able to work within a team as well as own initiative
  • Able to work to tight deadlines in a busy environment
