Assistant with 2+ years of experience to join a well-established law firm in
Altrincham.
Key Duties:
Audio typing/digital dictation
Preparing legal documents and Land Registry applications
File opening, SDLT returns, diary management
Client calls, scanning, photocopying, reception cover
Using lender portals and case management systems
You Will Need:
Minimum 2 years of conveyancing secretarial experience
Strong typing and MS Office skills
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Confident, professional client communication
Benefits:
£20,000 – £24,000 depending on experience
