Are you an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary looking for a new opportunity with a highly regarded firm? We are recruiting for a well-established legal practice that is seeking a skilled and proactive individual to join their team.

Day to day of the Conveyancing Legal Secretary:

  • Audio and copy typing of legal documents, letters, and form
  • Handling telephone calls professionally and efficiently
  • Managing administrative tasks such as photocopying and updating client records
  • Maintaining and organising legal files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Scheduling appointments and liaising with clients
  • Using the firm's case management system for data input and document management
  • Collaborating with colleagues to provide seamless secretarial and telephone cover

Requirements for the Conveyancing Legal Secretary:

  • Proven experience in the same role for at least 1 year.
  • Experience from sale to completion cases.
  • Strong technical skills, including fast and accurate typing
  • The ability to prioritise workload and work efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly manner
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and legal case management systems
