Conveyancing Lawyer

A well-established legal practice is continuing to expand their residential property team in their Southampton office. They have a mix of Solicitors, Legal Executives, and Licensed Conveyancers in a healthy and busy department undertaking a range of sales, purchases, lettings, plot sales, new builds, equity release, and remortgage work.

As an experienced Residential Conveyancer, the role requires the successful person to provide the best possible service, being cost-effective, efficient, and accurate. Furthermore, you will be required to develop contacts with third parties such as financial advisors, brokers, estate agents, lenders, builders, and developers.

The role will suit an experienced fee earner, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or a qualified Solicitor.

Salary: to £50,000
