Position Overview
You will play a crucial role in assisting the firm's fee earners in delivering exceptional conveyancing services to clients. You will handle a range of residential property transactions, ensuring legal compliance, mitigating risks and contributing to the overall success of the conveyancing department.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate expertise in freehold and leasehold conveyancing matters
  • Assist fee earners within the firm as needed, including during periods of fee earner holiday leave or sickness leave
  • Conduct all legal aspects of conveyancing transactions
  • Minimise risk and ensure compliance with firm's procedures
  • Undertake suitable training and adhere to SRA competency framework

Requirements

  • Completed Degree, LPC or relevant technical qualification
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency with case management systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
