Law Staff Legal Recruitment is representing a Conveyancing Lawyer for a leading Leicestershire firm. You will manage conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including sales and purchases, remortgage transactions and equity release, within a supportive, collaborative team and hybrid working environment.

The role requires handling title checks of freehold and leasehold properties and transfers of equity, including matrimonial transfers, with a focus on delivering high-quality client

Qualifications

• Experience in managing conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
• Experience with sales and purchases, remortgage transactions and equity release.
• Experience with title checks of freehold and leasehold properties.
• Ability to handle transfer of equity and matrimonial transfer.
