Job summary

Law Staff Ltd in Leicestershire is seeking a Conveyancing Lawyer (CLC, Solicitor or Legal Executive) to join a leading, accredited firm. You'll handle a varied caseload within a supportive, collaborative environment, with hybrid working and a generous benefits package.

You will manage conveyancing matters from instruction to post completion, handling sales, purchases, remortgages, equity release, and title checks on freehold and leasehold properties.

Qualifications

• Experience handling conveyancing matters end-to-end, from instruction to post completion.
• Experience with sales and purchases.
• Experience with remortgage transactions and equity release.
• Knowledge of title checking for freehold and leasehold properties.
• Experience with transfer of equity and matrimonial transfers.
