About the Role:
Our client is seeking a capable and confident Fee Earner who can manage a full residential conveyancing caseload independently, with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Handling Freehold and Leasehold Sales & Purchases
• Remortgages and First Registrations
• New-Build Purchases
• Providing Land Law advice
• Lease Extensions
• Transfers of Equity and Assents
• Managing both transactional and non-transactional work

You will be joining a supportive team environment and may also assist junior team members as needed. Strong technical knowledge and the ability to run files from start to finish is essential.
