Clayton Legal are recruiting on behalf of a well-established Kendal firm for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their busy and friendly team. You will manage a full caseload from instruction through to completion, delivering an exceptional service while building strong client relationships.

Reporting to the Head of Department, you will liaise with estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and contribute to maintaining the firm’s

Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing professional looking to join a supportive and forward-thinking law firm?

Clayton Legal are recruiting on behalf of a well-established firm in Kendal for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their busy and friendly team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing their own caseload, building strong client relationships, and delivering an exceptional service from instruction through to completion.

Reporting to the Head of Department, you will be responsible for managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters with minimal supervision, ensuring work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest professional standards.

You will provide an outstanding client experience while maintaining full compliance with the firm's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. As a key member of the team, you'll also act as an ambassador for the firm, promoting its services and reputation at every opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion.
• Handle a variety of residential property transactions, including:
• Purchases
• Transfers of Equity
• Remortgages
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Liaise professionally with estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors, and other third parties.
• Deliver a responsive, high-quality service throughout the conveyancing process.
• Ensure all work complies with regulatory standards and internal procedures.
