Position Overview
You will be at the heart of the residential property department, managing a caseload of transactions from instruction to completion. You'll provide clear, practical advice and guide clients through what can be a complex process, ensuring the experience is smooth, transparent and stress-free.

Responsibilities

  • Build a rapport with referrers and clients
  • Effectively communicate with clients and third parties
  • Chase documentation, ID, mortgage offers and searches
  • Provide proactive updates to clients regarding transactions
  • Perform contract checks, mortgage reports and search results
  • Reply to freehold and leasehold enquiries
  • Handle exchange of contracts and completion of purchases
