GMP Recruitment Agency Limited are partnered with a well-established law firm in Gloucestershire seeking a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their growing property team in Cheltenham.

The role targets a Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer with 3–5+ years’ PQE who thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers exceptional client service. You will manage Buy-to-Let files, residential sales and purchases, remortgages and equity transfers, with full training for investor clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Experience with Buy-to-Let transactions is preferred
• Able to manage a busy caseload independently and provide excellent client service

Responsibilities

• Manage own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion
• Handle Buy-to-Let transactions, sales, purchases and remortgages
• Assist with transfers of equity and leasehold/freehold matters

We are recruiting on their behalf for an ambitious and client-focused Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their growing Gloucestershire-based property team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer with 3–5+ years’ PQE who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional client service.

You will be offered a highly competitive salary based on experience and £55-60K for those with 5-7 years plus PQE.

The role offers a varied caseload with a strong focus on Buy-to-Let (BTL) and quality residential conveyancing matters. Experience in property investment work is welcomed, but not essential — full training will be provided for the right candidate who has a genuine interest in working with investor clients.

• You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to post-completion
• Buy-to-Let transactions
• Residential sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Leasehold and freehold matters

Conveyancing Fee Earner required skills and experience:

• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer
• Has 3–5+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Can manage a busy caseload independently
• Has excellent client care and communication skills
• Enjoys building long-term client relationships
• Has a proactive and positive “can-do” attitude
• Works efficiently and remains calm under pressure
• Has an interest in property investment and investor-led transactions
